On Monday, the 15th of November, 2016, the Hungary consulate in Kurdistan region announced the expiry of the understanding contract between them and the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research of the Kurdistan Regional Government. The meeting took place under the supervision of Dr. Gaba Vezekana, representative of the Hungary Consulate in Kurdistan region, Dr.Yusuf Goran, Minister of Higher Education and scientific research of the Kurdistan Regional Government, and in the presence of Dr. Amanj Saed, Minister of Higher Education Advisor, General Director of the Chambers of delegations and cultural relations of the Ministry of Higher Education and scientific research. In this meeting, they decided to develop general framework of cooperation and encourage direct communication and strengthen ties between the two countries..
